During the restoration of Mere blvd 8, original architectural elements were restored, preserving the building's spacious rooms, the ceilings of which reach nearly 4 meters in height, will be preserved. Special attention during the restoration was paid to the building's protected facade, the historical wooden hatches of the street-facing first floor windows, the building's characteristic tiered frontispieces as well as the stairway and foyer with authentic decoration and original details.

 

During the restoration of Mere blvd 8, 3 grand commercial premises were built on the building's first floor.

ARCHITECTURAL GEM WITH DIGNIFIED HISTORY

The limestone administrative building of Mere boulevard 8, known back then as Revaler Spiritfabrik, was completed in 1888 following architect O. R. Knüpffer's blueprints. The building has original spacious rooms with high ceilings. The building's facade is given a glorious impression by large arched windows and beautiful neo-Romanesque and neo-Renaissance details, which were named a cultural monument in 1997.
